hello

well just a quick hello to the masses!! he he he! anyway i've been given out to for not updating the ole blog so i thought i'd better write up what i've been at. well its been a very hectic week. i finished up at work last wednesday and its been a party ever since, well actually it started the weekend before with a few good sessions and plenty of craic. on the thursday we headed down to christchurch to see the black eyed peas, which was a bit mad really, considering it was a 1000km round trip!! so we drove there on thursday and returned on the friday. i have to say though it was well worth it, though when we bought the tickets i dont think we quite realised how far it was! walrus thought he was being quite hilarious with his 'i will walk 10000 miles and i will walk 10000 more!!' he he! the black eyed peas were deadly and then we headed out in christchurch, back to queenstown friday in time for a few after work drinks with the lads. babs and kevin arrived friday evening so brought them on the happy hour tour, by saturday i wasnt fit to move and all the rest of the stokers headed up the mountain, off to a barbecue saturday nite and then sunday headed up for the last day boarding with babs and kev, which was a great laugh. hiked up to the top of a view point and rolled all the way back down, diving into the powder n everything, were doing snow angels as well, super fun. on monday i went touring with babs and kevin in the big fun bus (they are travelling around nz in a camper van). on the monday then the three of us headed up the gondola for a couple of photos and a few spins on the luge, which is a bit like carting. so they headed on then for wanaka. on the tuesday headed for a hike with jen and stilll feeling the effects on friday!! so that's it i'm supposed to be writing a paper on my thesis and i was half hoping i'd be bored which would force me into doin it but i'm afraid no such luck so far. yesterday i spent sunbathing and have discovered a cool bead shop which is keeping me well distracted. anyway that's what we've been at and its friday again already! finding it hard to get some one to take our house so we might lose our bond, we've even been offering them the cardboard furniture for free but for some reason that hasnt swung it! anyway that's all for now , hope i havent bored ye too much, still waking up
