heloooooo!!!
well its been an entertaining week. we are well settled into our job at the vineyards, which is pretty difficult to grasp. it consists of picking up wires on the ground and clipping them onto the poles holding the vines in place. our supperviser is a thai woman and aptly names the job second wire (se - con wiii - er). the people we are working with are a mixture of nationalities, mainly south korean, italian and brazilian and chinese. to help ease the boredom of the day we all talk shit to each other and you may expect to be asked any question under the sun, (jenny was asked what her bloodtype was and list the colours int eh rainbow). myself and jen are also teh english experts! its quite a laugh when i say something and then jen says it in her northern accent and confuses the shit out of them. its been a pretty slack week as its been raining a bit here so nobody works in teh rain, especially not the lazy italians. (its rrrraining, we must go home - after 2 hours work!, but we cannont worrrrk in teh rrrrrain!) hastings is quite a nice little place and life at teh moment is really simple and stress free mainly consisting of working , eating, emailing , reading and sleeping.i'm actually finding this blog a bit taxing as my brain has slipped back to second gear, which is prob why its so boring! jenny has been having a bit of fun at my expense by trying to set me up with a korean Mr. Moon, much to her amusement - watch yer back o'neill!, so that's it we are learning german, italian and spanish bad language!
